Product Detail

The Clear-Com TWC-703 Two-Channel Intercom Interface is a remarkable device that serves as a Clear-Com to TW Adapter. Its key features make it a top - choice in the intercom field. It can convert two Clear - Com Partyline channels into one dual - channel TW Partyline, and smoothly translate audio and call signals. With auto termination management and auto power protection, it ensures stable operation. You can use it with an optional PSU. The front panel has two XLR3F intercom inputs, one XLR3M TW output, and a power/overload indicator. On the rear panel, there is a 2.1mm co - axial DC power connector. It operates with an input voltage of 20 - 30V DC. When idle, the input current is 65mA, and the maximum input current is 550mA, with the same maximum for TW output current. It can work in an environment from 32 to 122 F (0 to 50C). The device measures 4 x 2 x 5 inches (101 x 51 x 127mm) and weighs 1.1 lbs (0.503kg).

Using the Clear - Com TWC - 703 is quite straightforward. First, connect the Clear - Com Partyline channels to the two XLR3F intercom inputs on the front panel. Then, connect the TW Partyline to the XLR3M output. Plug in the DC power using the 2.1mm co - axial connector on the rear panel. Make sure the input voltage is within the 20 - 30V DC range. When the device is in use, keep an eye on the power/overload indicator on the front panel. If it shows an overload, check your connections or reduce the load. Regarding maintenance, keep the device in a clean and dry environment within the temperature range of 32 to 122 F (0 to 50C). If you're not using it for a long time, disconnect the power to protect it. And don't forget that you can use it with an optional PSU according to your needs.
