Product Detail

The Realist Violin (RV) is a European-made masterpiece. Crafted from top-quality Carpathian spruce, these fully-carved violins are set up and quality - controlled in our New York City shop. The input jack is neatly built into the back, making it easy to access and allowing the patch cable to be hidden from sight and out of the player's way. The volume knob on the treble - side rib is cleverly camouflaged in the violin's varnish color. The built - in Realist Transducer brings out the natural luster of the instrument's true sound. Whether amplified or played acoustically, the violin retains its organic qualities, so players don't need to adjust their playing style. The pickup system is highly serviceable; the electronics can be easily removed for repair without harming the instrument's structure. The Instant - Active system turns our standard passive pick - up harness into an active one, delivering a stronger signal. Just plug it into the charger for 90 seconds and enjoy 48 hours of low - impedance output. This professional 4 - string model comes with a tone knob, Wittner geared tuners, and Instant - Active technology. It's available in Frantique and Black finishes.

Using this violin is a breeze. First, when you want to connect it to an amplifier, simply access the input jack on the back of the violin and plug in your patch cable. Adjust the volume using the knob on the treble - side rib. To activate the Instant - Active system and get a stronger signal, plug the violin into the charger for 90 seconds. You'll then have 48 hours of great low - impedance output. When it comes to maintenance, keep the violin in a suitable case to protect it from scratches and damage. Clean it regularly with a soft, dry cloth to keep the varnish looking good. If you need to repair the pickup system, the electronics can be easily removed without hurting the violin's structure. Always store the violin in a place with stable temperature and humidity to prevent warping or other issues.
