Product Detail

The Zoom B6 is an amazing multi - effects processor designed specifically for bass. It comes with four DI models, including 2 tube and 2 solid - state ones, which, along with an advanced multi - effects system, give you the freedom to discover brand - new sounds. The new analog circuit, combined with the DI section, significantly enhances the low - frequencies of your instrument. With an 88.2 kHz effects processor, twice the rate of many others, it also takes care of the high end. It has separate inputs for easy A/B switching between electric bass, synth, or acoustic bass. You can change the impedance from 1M to 10M ohms on both inputs, providing a cleaner tone for upright basses with piezo pickups. There are 11 of the best amp models in history and a couple of new ones. It also offers simulations of 12 classic bass cabinets with three variations each based on mic positioning. Moreover, it has Zoom's legendary effects plus 10 new ones. The 4.3 - inch color touchscreen allows you to quickly build the perfect signal chain by simply dragging, dropping, and rearranging effects. Key features include an integrated A/B switcher, an ultimate Zoom FX processor technology with amp modeling, an integrated pedal board with 9 stomp switches, an IR load function for speaker cabinet simulation, and much more.

Using the Zoom B6 is a breeze. First, connect your bass to one of the variable - impedance inputs. You can switch between different instruments using the integrated A/B switcher. To create your custom sound, use the 4.3 - inch color touchscreen. Drag and drop effects to build your signal chain. You can select from a wide range of amp models, cabinet simulations, and effects. For practice, use the rhythm patterns and looper. When it comes to power, use the AC adapter (9v DC 500mA, center negative) provided. Make sure to use a USB cable that supports data transfer if you want to connect it to your computer. Keep in mind that USB bus power is not supported. For maintenance, keep the device clean and dry. Avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures or humidity. If you're using an SD card, make sure it meets the SD/SDXC/SDHC specifications (class 10 or higher). Also, if you use the wireless control via the optional Bluetooth adapter (BTA - 1), follow the instructions in the Handy Guitar Lab for B6 app.
