The SoundTube IPD-SM500I-II-WH is a white, 5.25-inch surface mount speaker with IP and Dante addressability. It features a 5.25-inch polypropylene woofer and a 1.0-inch convex titanium tweeter with a BroadBeam waveguide, all housed in an injection-molded, glass fiber reinforced ABS enclosure. This speaker offers low latency digital audio, power, and control via a standard category cable, which can be connected to an STNet-Switch or other PoE/PoE+ switch. It can also be powered by a 24V DC barrel connector for non-PoE setups. You can configure and zone the speaker through software. The included mounting hardware uses SoundTube's unique Stealth bracket system, allowing for unlimited directional aiming and a low profile, with a security knob to prevent tampering. The system has a detachable mounting plate for wall or pole installations. Using the SoundTube IPD-SM500I-II-WH speaker is easy. First, decide if you'll use PoE or the 24V DC barrel connector for power. Connect the standard category cable to an STNet-Switch or other PoE/PoE+ switch for PoE power, or use the 24V DC barrel connector for non - PoE setups. Then, use the software to configure and zone the speaker according to your needs. When mounting, use the included mounting hardware with the Stealth bracket system. You can aim the speaker in any direction you want. Just make sure to use the security knob to prevent anyone from tampering with it. For wall or pole installations, use the detachable mounting plate. As for maintenance, keep the speaker clean by gently wiping it with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures or humidity.
