Using this earpiece is easy. First, make sure your Icom radio is one of the compatible models. Then, attach the earpiece to your radio following the connection instructions. Put the D-ring earloop over your ear, either left or right as you prefer. The clear-audio speaker will rest on your ear for good sound quality. When you need to talk, press the in - line PTT button.
