Product Detail

The newly improved St. Augustine acoustic guitar from Dean combines great looks with top - notch quality. Thanks to its new bracing and construction, it produces a more open and richer sound than ever. The solid spruce top paired with sapele back and sides creates a perfect balance between string attack and true acoustic resonance. The rosewood fingerboard and bridge add a warm tone, while the Fishman Presys preamp offers a wide range of tonal options usually found in much pricier guitars. Key features include a right - handed design, an eastern mahogany body and neck, a dreadnought body type, a flat top contour, a C - shaped neck, a rosewood fretboard, and 20 frets.

Using your Dean St. Augustine acoustic guitar is easy. Just pick it up, hold it in a comfortable position, and start strumming or plucking the strings. If you want to plug it in, connect it to an amplifier using the Fishman Presys preamp. You can adjust the tone and volume on the preamp to get the sound you like. When it comes to maintenance, keep your guitar in a cool and dry place. Wipe the strings down after each use to prevent rust. If you're not going to play it for a long time, loosen the strings a bit to relieve the tension on the neck. And don't forget to change the strings regularly for the best sound. Also, be careful when moving the guitar to avoid any bumps or scratches.
