Product Detail
The Yamaha NP-35 is a sleek, black, 76-key Piaggero ultra-portable digital piano. It offers a light and portable piano-style keyboard with simple yet practical functions. With 76 keys, it allows for more authentic piano performance without taking up much space. The keys have a lighter feel compared to a standard piano keyboard, making it ideal for beginner pianists. You can use headphones to avoid disturbing others while playing.
This piano is incredibly light, as the name 'Piaggero' suggests, combining 'Piano' and 'leggero' (light in music). You can take it anywhere - indoors, outdoors, or on a trip - and practice at your favorite spots.
Despite its compact size, the Piaggero has a powerful, resonant sound, thanks to Yamaha's acoustic technology. It features the sound of a Yamaha full concert grand, the CFIIIS, with rich bass notes and detailed treble tones. The NP-35 also has a larger amplifier than the NP-15 for a more robust bass and greater volume.
The Piaggero has a minimalist design, focusing on only the most useful functions. This makes it easy to operate, even for those new to digital instruments. You'll enjoy a light keyboard feel that makes piano playing fun. The keys are heavier in the bass register and lighter in the treble, providing a piano-like experience.
Key features include a 76-key Graded Soft-Touch Keyboard Action, Damper Resonance DSP, half-damper pedal control, and compatibility with the Smart Pianist app.

Using the Yamaha NP-35 is a breeze. First, choose your power source. You can use the recommended AC Adaptor PA-150 or six 'AA' size batteries. If you're using the batteries, make sure to insert them correctly.
When you want to start playing, simply turn on the piano. You can adjust the volume, select different voices, and use the various functions like the metronome or transpose. If you don't want to disturb others, plug in your headphones using the standard stereo phone jack.
For a more realistic piano experience, you can connect an optional half-damper sustain pedal. And if you want to have more control and access additional features, connect your device to the piano via USB and use the Smart Pianist app.
When it comes to recording, you can record one song with one track. Just press the record button and start playing. You can also play back your recordings to listen and improve.
Here are some important things to note. Don't expose the piano to extreme temperatures or humidity. Keep it away from water and direct sunlight. If you're not using the piano for a long time, turn it off to save power. And make sure to clean the keyboard regularly with a soft, dry cloth.
For maintenance, check the batteries regularly if you're using them. If the sound quality starts to decline, it might be time to replace the batteries or check the connections. Also, refer to the owner's manual for more detailed instructions and troubleshooting tips.
