Product Detail

The Line 6 DL4 MkII Professional Delay Modeler Effects Pedal is a must - have for modern musicians. It builds on the original DL4 Delay Modeler, adding 15 new MkII delays from the HX family of amp and effects processors. It comes with both 4 - Switch and 1 - Switch loopers, offering up to 240 seconds of record time, expandable to hours with an optional microSD card. There's an XLR microphone input for vocals or acoustic instruments, MIDI In and Out/Thru connectors, heavy - duty footswitches, three bypass options, and a jack for an optional expression pedal or two extra footswitches. It's smaller and lighter than the original. Key features include: cast - aluminum construction for durability; same knob and footswitch layout as the original, with a Legacy button to convert it to a DL4; 30 delays in total; loopers that work in mono or stereo and can be placed before or after other effects; onboard memory with expandable recording time; XLR input for microphone connection and gain adjustment; MIDI connectors for external control; multiple bypass options; footswitches for preset and looper function selection; and power options with a 9V DC - 1g power supply or other 9V center - negative power supplies.

Using the Line 6 DL4 MkII is easy. First, connect it to your power source, either the included 9V DC - 1g power supply or another 9V center - negative one. Then, connect your instrument to the input. You can start playing around with the 30 different delay effects right away. If you want to use the loopers, press the relevant footswitches to start recording, overdubbing, or playing. For vocal or acoustic instrument processing, connect a dynamic microphone to the XLR input and adjust the gain using the Trim control. When using MIDI, connect external devices to the MIDI In and Out/Thru connectors. Regarding the footswitches, they have different functions depending on whether the looper is active or not. You can also connect an optional expression pedal or external footswitches for more control. As for maintenance, keep it clean and dry. Avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures or humidity. If you use the microSD card, handle it carefully to prevent data loss. If there are any issues, refer to the user manual or contact customer support.
