Using the Kurzweil KAG100 is a breeze. To start playing, simply turn on the piano using the power switch. You can choose from the 200 factory presets to get the sound you want right away. For recording your performances, use the 2 - track recorder. Just press the record button and start playing your keyboard. You can save your recordings to a USB drive plugged into the USB Type A port. To use the auto - accompaniment feature, select one of the 100 styles. Then play chords with the left - hand section of the keyboard, and it will provide a full orchestrated backing. You can also connect your smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth to play along with backing tracks. When it comes to maintenance, keep the piano in a dry and clean place. Wipe the surface with a soft, dry cloth regularly. Avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures or humidity. If you need to move the piano, make sure to lift it carefully as it weighs 150 lb (68 Kg). Also, check the pedals regularly to ensure they are working properly. The optional volume/expression pedal unit should be used according to its separate instructions.
