The Klein Electronics BodyGuard S6 - WP Split Wire Earpiece for Icom Radios is an adjustable earloop security kit. It can be used for either the left or right ear. If you order the BodyGuard Quick - Disconnect (BodyGuard - QD) earpiece, a separate Quick - Disconnect adapter is needed. It comes with a PTT button/Microphone combo and a steel clothing clip, and the SMEP7 option is available. This earpiece is compatible with various Icom models like F3031S, F4031S, etc.
Using this earpiece is easy. First, adjust the earloop to fit your left or right ear comfortably. Then, attach the steel clothing clip to your clothes for stability. Connect the earpiece to your Icom radio according to the model's requirements. When using the BodyGuard Quick - Disconnect earpiece, remember to buy the separate Quick - Disconnect adapter.
