Product Detail

The Kramer RC-308/US-D is a sleek 8-button control keypad. It fits neatly into US, European, and UK standard 1-gang wall junction boxes. With just one LAN cable for both power (PoE) and communication, it's a breeze to set up and looks great in any room. Ideal for use in a Kramer Control system, it serves as a user - friendly interface. Using K - Config, you can access its built - in I/O interfaces, making it a flexible standalone room controller. It's perfect for classrooms and meeting rooms, allowing end - users to easily control complex multimedia systems, screens, lighting, and shades. Key features include 8 RGB - color, backlit buttons, it's a PoE acceptor, and can connect to auxiliary KNET keypads. Technical specs cover inputs, outputs, ports, power, environmental conditions, regulatory requirements, enclosure details, accessories, and product dimensions. The US version comes with a power adapter, tweezers, a standard button label set, and 2 US frame sets and faceplates (1 black, 1 white).

Using the Kramer RC - 308/US - D is simple. First, connect it to a LAN cable to get both power and communication going. If you want to set it up as a standalone room controller, use K - Config to access its I/O interfaces. When using the buttons, note that they are RGB - color and backlit, making them easy to see in different lighting conditions. For safety, make sure to use a power source that meets the specifications (PoE or 12V DC 2A). Keep the keypad in an environment with an operating temperature between 0 to +40C (32 to 104F) and humidity from 10% to 90% non - condensing. To maintain it, just use a soft, dry cloth to clean the surface. Don't use harsh chemicals as they may damage the keypad. If you need to remove the button caps, use the included tweezers. And if you plan to connect auxiliary KNET keypads, follow the proper connection steps.
