Product Detail

The White Korg nanoPAD2 Slim Line USB Pad Controller is a gem in the nanoSERIES2. It's super compact and lightweight, making it a perfect match for both laptops and desktop computers. This controller comes with 16 pads that feel great and have dynamic - sensing capabilities, and there's also an X - Y touchpad! With four banks of pad assignments, you get a total of 64 pad setups. Key features include a low - profile design ideal for playing or entering drum data, 16 solid, responsive, and velocity - sensitive trigger pads, and the ability to control multiple MIDI parameters via the X - Y Touchpad. Technical details: It has 16 trigger pads with velocity and 4 velocity curves, along with various buttons. It has 4 user scene memories, and it works with host applications corresponding to MIDI input. It connects via USB (mini B) and runs on USB bus power (less than 100 mA). It measures 325 x 83 x 16 mm (12.80 x 3.27 x 0.63 inches) and weighs 285 g (0.63 lbs), and comes with a USB cable. System requirements are a Mac with a USB port running Mac OS 10.8 Mountain Lion or later, or a computer with a USB port running Microsoft Windows 7 SP1 or later (32bit/64bit).

Using the Korg nanoPAD2 is easy. First, connect it to your computer using the provided USB cable. Once it's connected, your computer should recognize it. For playing or entering drum data, just press the 16 trigger pads. They're velocity - sensitive, so the harder you press, the different the sound can be. The X - Y touchpad is handy for controlling multiple MIDI parameters. You can change the settings according to your needs using the different buttons on the controller. When it comes to maintenance, keep it in a clean and dry place. Avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures or humidity. If it gets dirty, you can use a soft, dry cloth to gently wipe it. Make sure your computer meets the system requirements, either a Mac with the right OS or a Windows computer as specified, to ensure smooth operation. Also, be careful not to pull the USB cable too hard to prevent damage to the connector.
