Product Detail

The Hosa FSC-500 Series Footswitches are tough and dependable foot controllers crafted for musicians and audio engineers. Key features include: Solid construction with an all-metal chassis and reinforced switches, ensuring long - lasting use on stage or in the studio. A 10 - foot cable offers flexible placement. Rubber pads on both the top and bottom prevent the footswitch from slipping. Available models are FSC - 501 (Latching Footswitch), perfect for amp channel switching, effects pedals, and on/off applications; FSC - 502 (Momentary Footswitch - Normally Open), great for triggering effects, starting/stopping sequencers, and punch - in/out recording; FSC - 503 (Momentary Footswitch - Normally Closed), compatible with Roland and Yamaha instruments and other devices using normally closed switches. Latching footswitches stay on or off until pressed again, while momentary footswitches only activate when pressed. All models use a standard 1/4' TS connector.

Using your Hosa FSC - 500 Series Footswitch is easy. First, decide which model suits your needs. For example, if you want to switch amp channels, the FSC - 501 latching footswitch is a great choice. Simply connect it to your device using the standard 1/4' TS connector. Place the footswitch where it's convenient for you, thanks to the 10 - foot cable. When using a momentary footswitch like the FSC - 502, just press it when you need to trigger an effect or start/stop a sequencer. As for maintenance, keep the footswitch clean and dry. Avoid dropping it or subjecting it to excessive force. If it gets dirty, you can gently wipe it with a dry cloth. Make sure to store it in a safe place when not in use to prevent any damage to the all - metal chassis and switches.
