Using Your Alesis Prestige Digital Piano: To start using your piano, simply plug it in and turn it on. You can adjust the volume and other settings using the top-panel controls. For learning, activate the Lesson Mode by pressing the corresponding button. This will divide the keyboard into two zones, allowing you to follow an instructor or play with another person. To record your performance, switch to Record Mode. After recording, you can listen back to check how you're doing. The built-in metronome can be adjusted to your preferred beats per minute to help you keep a steady rhythm. You can also add some effects to your sound by selecting one of the 5 Reverb FX Types. When you want to connect to other sound systems, use the ¼” stereo outputs. For private practice, plug in your headphones using either the 1/4” or 1/8” headphone outputs, and the internal speakers will automatically mute. You can play along with external music sources by connecting them to the 1/8” Aux input. And if you want to use educational software or virtual instrument plugins, connect via the USB-MIDI output. Note: Avoid exposing the piano to extreme temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight. This could damage the internal components. When cleaning, use a soft, dry cloth.
